In order to provide excellent service, we have developed an appointment system that sets aside ample time for our patients. In effort to reduce the number of no-shows and last-minute cancellations, we have implemented an Appointment Cancellation Policy effective immediately.

  • Our policy is as follows:
    1. In the event you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we request you give our office 48-hour notice. If 48-hour notice is not given, the treatment will be forfeited, and an additional treatment will be purchased at $625.

    2. Refund policy: After the first treatment has been received NO refunds will be given.
    3. Our office sends reminders for appointments. If you have provided a cell number and email, you will receive a text and email reminder. It is ultimately the client’s responsibility to remember their scheduled appointment.
    4. The Aesthetic Center reserves the right to use before and after photos for promotional, social media and website.

  • The fee will be applied to your account and must be paid at your next appointment.
