Lisa brings over 30 years of experience in the cosmetic industry to The Aesthetic Center. She was trained in makeup application and skincare by Lancome’ International, where she worked as a market and special events artist for 15 years in the east coast region.

In 2000, Lisa became certified as a permanent makeup specialist at the prestigious “Permanent Makeup Clinic” in Scottsdale, Arizona. To date, she has performed over 15,000 successful procedures of eyebrows, eyeliner and lip liner with full color. Under direction of the world renowned Nouveau Contour Academy, she obtained “Master Class” status in 2015 and is now a partnering educator with Nouveau Contour teaching students at The Aesthetic Center in Lewes DE. In addition, she gives makeup instruction, and special event services, using the Jane Iredale skincare makeup line.

Her extensive portfolio includes print, movie and magazine credits for media work. Lisa opened The Aesthetic Center in 2012 and is the co-owner of Bella Donna Spa located in Alexandria, Virginia.

Working with internationally renowned leaders in the aesthetic industry, Shannon is considered to be one of the leading nurse injectors in the country. With over 12 years experience in the art and science of aesthetic injectables, she has lectured and trained providers all over the world as a top aesthetic clinical educator. She is excited to now be seeing patients in her home town. When she is not busy making people look younger and beautiful, she has a passion for animals and loves spending time with friends and family. Shannon is a fitness enthusiast and loves fashion, music, and the outdoors.

Paige Van Allen has been a licensed aesthetician for over 27 years. Originally practicing in Maryland, she then moved to Delaware in 2002. Paige established her career locally with Dr. Kelly King at The Med Spa in Lewes, and continued her advanced education and training in Texas, Virginia and Philadelphia. She is certified to perform corrective laser services and advanced clinical and corrective skincare. She specializes in anti-aging skincare through her extensive knowledge of Dr. Obagi’s ZO Skin Health and Skin Medical protocols and treatments. Her passion for healthy skin is evident in her success in guiding and supporting her clients to reach their skincare goals.

Sara began her aesthetic training at the Dermal Science International in Reston, Virginia. One of the only Licensed Master Aestheticians in Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia, she has advanced credentials for cosmetic laser (including laser hair removal and skin treatments) and aesthetics. Along with her medical expertise, Sara is also certified in eyelash extensions and makeup application, making her a well-suited member of The Aesthetic Center team!

Lynn joins the Aesthetic Center with over 30 years of Administrative Management with both the private and public sector. Lynn has worked with DELDOT, several engineering firms and most recently, People with Disabilities. After retiring, Lynn was looking for an opportunity to work with people in self improvement and bring the beauty to each person and the Aesthetic Center is a perfect fit for her. Lynn and her husband have been married for 33 years and after both retired from Dover, DE, moved closer to the beach. They have two grown daughters and the love of her life…her grandson. Lynn enjoys the beach, walking her Pit Bull Thor and listening to her husband play in the band The Funsters.
